All courses are professionally conducted in a classroom atmosphere materials furnished, to encourage involvement by all participants.
The 30 Hour Bail Bond Pre-Licensing Course will be taught over 4 days of a minum of 7 hrs a day. The Surety Course is for one 8-hour day only.
The 30 Hour Bail Bond Pre-Licensing Course is required by the State of South Carolina and can be obtained through the office or requested by E-mail. This Bail Bond Course is not available through download from the website. If you wish to receive your educational materials for this course in advance, you will need to order them at least ten days in advance of the class. If you wish, you may receive your materials at the time of the class. The other courses, Surety Course and the Property, Casualty, Surety & Marine Courses are available through direct download from our website.
There will be a ten minute break each hour. Ned Polk will be available after class and, if needed, after the course to assist you with any questions or problems you may have.

Pre-Licensing Surety Insurance Course $225 This course covers the legal aspects of insurance. The course also covers how surety bonds work in the real world and how they relate to bail bonding.
Pre-Licensing Property, Casualty, Surety & Marine $275 This is the most comprehensive course offered to students of bail bonding. It covers all types of property insurance whether it is automobiles, houses, boats or fidelity (dishonesty) insurance.
Six Hour Continuing Education Class - Classroom only $100 in advance
The course for the mandatory Continuing Education of Bail Bondsmen and women. At the moment, this is available under the rules of the SC DOI only in a classroom environment.
Pre-Licensing 20 Hour Bail Bonds Course $350 in Advance
This course is required to become a licensed professional Bail Bondsman or woman. This is a two-day classroom course.
